- David Carney

Access Imaging Solutions

Access Imaging Solutions (AIS), a CAPSYS authorized reseller, has implemented the Cloud/SaaS based CAPSYS CAPTURE ONLINE capture solution in their service bureau to take advantage of Web-based distributed document capture for their document conversion services offerings.

AIS continually enhances their customers' business processes through managing critical data and documents with an unparalleled focus on security and accuracy. AIS focuses on industries that are data, document and resource intensive, and who view accuracy, privacy and security as concerns. AIS's integrated suite of services blends state-of-the-art technology and business process expertise to deliver significantly identifiable cost savings to its customers.

AIS offers the following document management services:
  • Proof Of Delivery Document Scanning
  • Voter Registration Imaging Service
  • Human Resources Document Imaging
  • Auto Dealership Records Management
  • Medical Records Scanning & Management

AIS uses CAPSYS CAPTURE ONLINE to provide document conversion services to their clients. Distributed document capture services are provided via the Cloud/Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This service delivery model offers many tangible and intangible benefits to AIS in comparison to maintaining the hardware and services required to run and manage the AIS Service Bureau.

The business benefits to Access Imaging Solutions are:
  • Elimination of costly hardware and maintenance costs;
  • No software to purchase, install, upgrade or update;
  • No worries about downtime, backups, or recovery;
  • Ability to flexibly offer optional scanning services – clients can scan or AIS can scan for them. Either way, AIS can effectively and efficiently pick up scanned batches and accurately process them for release into the client’s document management system of choice;
  • Realization of labor savings by providing the ability to
  • index anywhere, i.e., employees and contractors can work from home accessing the system through their browser;
  • Profit and margin maximization by subscribing to the CAPSYS CAPTURE ONLINE service with a low monthly subscription fee.
